Has been Additional Secretary of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
Promoted to the post of Secretary of M.P. Legislative Assembly on 2nd August 2001.

And later to the post of Principal Secretary, M.P. Vidhan Sabha on 14th November 2002 and continued until retirement on  31st May 2011 .
